It took me a minute but Bay On Fire back.

I ain't wanna just bring the old site back with a new look. I been working on actually making this shit useful for artists and people who really listen to Bay/NorCal music.

We got artist pages now, music, videos, events, rankings and different cities so you can actually find niggas making music outside of whoever already getting posted everywhere.

That's always been one of my biggest problems with Bay music sites.

It's hella niggas out here making good music that get passed up because they ain't got the biggest name, the biggest following or money to throw at promo.

I don't give a fuck about none of that.

If the music slap, I wanna hear it.

And yeah, I'm still taking shots at Thizzler 😂

I respect what they built, but I don't feel like they represent the Bay like that anymore. It feel more like a business than something that's really here for the artists.

That's cool. Do y'all.

I'ma do this.

AND I GOT WAY MORE COMING

The site you see right now ain't even really what I got planned for Bay On Fire.

I'm working on making the backend more like social media for Bay artists and fans.

I want artists to be able to get on here, build their page, post what they got going on, drop music, announce shows and talk directly to the people who actually fuck with them.

And I want fans to be able to follow artists and cities and have their own feed of shit they actually wanna see.

Basically instead of hoping Instagram or whatever other app decides to show your followers your post...

Post that shit on Bay On Fire and let your people see it.

That's where I'm trying to take this.

Not just another blog posting whatever already going viral.

I want this shit to actually be a community for Northern California music.

Oakland, Vallejo, Richmond, Frisco, San Jose, Sac, Stockton, Fairfield, Antioch, wherever.

If you making good music out here, I want people to be able to find you.

It's still hella shit I'm working on and I'm gonna be adding stuff as we go.

So fuck wit us while we build this shit.

If you been rocking with Bay On Fire since before, welcome back.

If you new, welcome.

We just getting started.

IT'S THE TAKEOVER 🔥
